ByteLok IT Solutions is pleased to announce that Travis Merrick has joined the company to assume the role of Technical Services Manager. This newly-created position is designed to further increase support and accelerate growth of the company’s network management, support, hosting and data center services.
Merrick’s responsibilities as Technical Services Manager include providing clients with desktop and server administration assistance and responding to all requests for technical support. Merrick’s 10 years of systems administration, project management and desktop support experience with environments of hundreds of users coupled with his Microsoft and A+ training and vast knowledge of network infrastructure development and maintenance make him a great asset to ByteLok’s technical support team.
